[Debian-l10n-devel] Remove Debian-l10n-devel

Dear listmasters,

I request to remove or disable the mailing list "Debian-l10n-devel".

The list is full with spam and there is no team member or list moderator 
taking care of it.

It is also known that the l10n team itself is less active and has no 
person taking care of maintaining anything. For example there was an 
l10n related package removed from Debian repository because no one took 
care of it.
