Hi all,

with the migration of live-boot 3.0.1-1 to testing aka wheezy, the
debian-lan setup works without any workarounds, starting from the
installation/conversion of the mainserver, the preparation of the
chroots for fai and diskless clients up to the installation of client
machines.

The latest implementations are:

 	* GOsa for user management, including a script to import lists
of users to predefined departments within the GOsa LDAP-tree.

 	* Icinga system monitoring in addition to munin. All machines
added with 'debian-lan add2dhcp' will be monitored.

 	* Kerberized web server access to Icinga and Munin.

 	* Initial packaging: A pretty simple package can be prepared
from the git sources with 'git-buildpackage -uc -us'. The
idea is to make this available for wheezy via the backports
 	  repository.

Please send all ideas and wishes for the next set of innovative
implementations here!

Best regards,

     Andi
