I guess you need to modify the DNS in /etc/bind/* to make sure all
machines and especially the aliases for the mainerver are resolveable,
in case you did not do that already. Take a look at:

/etc/bind/db.intern
/etc/bind/db.10.0
/etc/bind/localzones
