Hi Julien,

great!  I just commited the class FR_BELGIAN.  Can you cross-check?

I dropped tumbler for now, to keep the default setup simple.  Perhaps
we should add a class like DESKTOP_EXTRAS or the like with goodies ...

This should be handled by redirection from
<URL:http://http.debian.net/>.  In combination with the apt-cacher-ng
version that finally got into wheezy this worked fine here, so I think
we do not need to add local apt repositories.
