[debian-lan-devel] when i am supposed to execute fai-setup? (was Re: Convert a Minimal Debian Installation)

Yes, i have catch it but my question is ... when i am supposed to execute
the command fai-setup -v in order to build the nsfroot and the kernel at
/srv/tftp/fai for installing client machines? before your CONVERT=true
softupdate? after your convert and before rebooting? after yout convert and
after rebooting?
