It looks like there is no network available.  Can you check this,
perhaps from a virtual console during installation?

Hm, I see for example
"http://http.debian.net/debian/dists/jessie/InRelease" is missing here
(wget http://http.debian.net/debian/dists/jessie/InRelease), however
"http://security.debian.org/dists/jessie/updates/InRelease" is fine.
I want to work on debian-lan the next days (getting it ready for
stretch).   I can prepare a new CD within that process if the old one
really fails (I'll test).  In the meantime you can use the
'conversion' method described in [1]
