[Debian-lego-team] How did the spam make it to the list?

As can be seen on
<URL: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-lego-team/Week-of-Mon-20161010/000022.html >,
a spam email made it to the team list today.  But I have set the list to
moderate non-subscribers, and did not moderate the list today, so I have
no idea how that could happen.  Anyone got any idea?
