[Debian-lego-team] Move lego related packages to LEGO team?

Thanks for your response, this will make transition simpler.

My plan is to upload a new version of binutils-h8300-hms and
gcc-h8300-hms in the following days, changing the maintainer and
uploaders along with other work on the packages to progressively update
them to today standards.

lnpd will take more time as I am not even sure it needs to be restored,
or replaced with something else.

I have received my RCX brick today, still need to receive an IR tower to
start building!
