Hi Matthew,

I am looking at your NQC repository to package it, and I have some
questions for you.

What is the license of the files under emscripten directory, are they
also covered by the MPL?

I notice that there is no way to run the install target without building
the emscripten version of NQC. I do not think "install" should depend on
"all" if "all" depends on "emscripten-emmake".

Would you consider making a release? There are entries in the changelog,
but no release on github, nor tags in the repository, did you forget to
push them? (I do forget myself too often!)
