There were a small number of files (such as the NQCIPC documentation) where
I saved off HTML files from various of the original projects and then ran
those HTML files through a converter to provide the Markdown files. The
intent was to have a more consistent visual theme across all included pages
under the "docs" folder based on GitHub Markdown.
Beyond artifacts possibly left over from that, perhaps additional arguments
might need to be provided to Pandoc if the problem is beyond those
HTML files from the various original projects?
I can take a closer look when I get a few minutes but wanted to
acknowledge your message.
Thank you,
Matthew
