   * Add 1090-disable-download.patch, disabling downloading until upgraded to
     use libusb 1.0. (Closes: #810448)
   * Remove redundant Rules-Requires-Root.
   * Update standards version to 4.7.3.
     - Remove redundant Priority.
   * Use Files-Excluded in d/copyright instead of explanation text.
   * Add lintian override for nbc using no dynamic library.
   * Use version 5 of d/watch format.
   * Update year in d/copyright.
