[Debian-matomo-maintainers] console core:archive broken due to wrong include path / index.php moved to public

Hi Matomo maintainers,

Matomo 5.3.1 (trixie) is broken for me because I can't use "console
core:archive" due a wrong include path in
/usr/share/matomo/core/CliMulti/RequestCommand.php line 76, where
PIWIK_INCLUDE_PATH points to /usr/share/matomo which doesn't include
index.php anymore (moved to public). Temporarily symlinking index.php
back into /usr/share/matomo resolves the issue.

Without a fix "console core:archive" is broken which precludes a
production use of Matomo since that's required for the auto-archiving
cron job [1].

Thanks
