Hmmm, I perfectly see the reason why you try to wget the theseus_align script
and move it to the debian directory - but I somehow have a bad feeling to
put this into the get-orig-source target.  There is probably no harm done and
I will not say that you should respect my _feeling_ in your packaging but
this is at least an unusual solution.

As I said I would love to see some README.Debian explaining the issues
around the theseus_align script in any case.  Perhaps you might also give
a hint about your script getexamples inside this README.Debian.  This
file is the first entry point for users and it might be interesting to
learn about this script here.

I see no other issues than this README.Debian and would upload once you
ask me to do so.
