    MOD:
        Makefile.am: added doc subdir.
    	Upstream (Bastien) had removed the doc dir from the build, since it required some packages which most bioinformatician people would not have on their computers. I reenabled the building of docs, since this package will have automatic dependency resolution for both the binary and source packaages
