- [[DebPkg:t-coffee|T-Coffee]] is a tool for the preparation of alignments of multiple DNA, RNA or protein sequences. It attempts to learn as much as possible from multiple sources to craft a good alignment and as such depends on many other tools. Most of them are already in Debian, but some we still need to work on. Currently missing are:
