+If you have a license for Cplex

+   http://www-01.ibm.com/software/commerce/optimization/cplex-optimizer/

+optimiser.  You need to rebuild this package including cplex support
+since to build the package a patch was needed.  You can get the source
+repository via

+   debcheckout giira
+
+or alternatively

+To disable this patch it is sufficient to remove (or uncomment by
