+  * Move the dbconfig-common upgrade script to the correct place
+    (DBTYPE/VERSION instead of just DBTYPE)

+  * Create gnuhealth-server.preinst, and overhaul the upgrade process.
+    Now the database gets backed up by preinst, and updated by postinst.
