+The source package contains examples which currently are not provided
+as an extra package since these are relying on some Python script in
+src/bin.  This script sga-align is excluded in upstream Makefile.am
+from installation for unknown reasons.

+Even if this could be installed in the Debian package it depends from
+Python module ruffus which is not packaged yet.
