Try desperately to fix Files-Excluded but failed.  I noticed that uscan tried to remove the file

  plastimatch-1.6.0-Source/doc/man/README.TXT

twice which is totally wrong due to the given expressions.  I guess this is related to an uscan bug which was files before (to less time to seek for it right now)
