      Fix Vcs fields globally in all remaining packages because I'm bored by warnings in logfiles when investigating machine readable files of not yet uploaded packages
      Fixed watch file
      DEP5 copyright; when checking the license I noticed two non-free components: src/plugins_3rdparty/psipred/src and src/plugins_3rdparty/phylyp/src - this needs to be sorted out before uploading the package
      It seems there is some more work to do on ugene regarding licenses - so why not simplifying get-orig-source for the moment because it probably will work out of the box once ugene can be uploaded
      some initial work to get latest upstream packaged according to debian med policy rules
      Also accept +dfsg suffix

      Some enhancements for ugene packaging
      Try some patch to propagate hardening options which does not work yet
