- Log -----------------------------------------------------------------
Upstream version 1.8.0
Andreas Tille (81):
Fixed build-depends for target testing/unstable; Bumped Standards-Version; Added myself to uploaders
Added quilt Build-Depends, removed series of unreleased versions which would hide ITP bug close and do not give any extra information.
Make sure gcc will be called with valid options and correct include path
Split up into three binary packages: Main beast-mcmc (arch=all), beast-doc and beast-mcmc-lib (arch=any) to keep thy byte-load of arch-any packages low; moved to non-free because there are several JAR files without source and we can not sort this out for the moment; debian/rules with short dh statement; make use of debian/<pkg>.{install,manpages} files
Add more docs which are available as pdf; fix lintian issues in menu
Do not compress pdf files
Better clean target, add soname to libraries and proper links, more generic installation of docs, some cleanups
Remove some binarie jars which are just packaged for Debian, adapt CLASSPATH, use separate shell script get-orig-source (which might be usable for watch later)
Added README.source
Get rid of more binary jars, rebuild prebuilded pdf files instead of shipping them in tarball (Build-Depends from texlive needs to be added!)
Remove further docs from orig.tar.gz, rebuild them in build target and care for proper cleaning in clean target
Build separate example package
Fix typo in CLASSPATH; do not create useless empty dirs.
Use global CLASSPATH
Use export CLASSPATH to make sure it will be really found by applications
Leave only those jars in CLASSPATH which are actually needed.
Use Debian packaged itext library
Try also building tracer which does not work that way - any help is welcome
Added remark of beagle.jar author about future licensing plan
Fixed Build Depends
get-orig-source needs to be executable - work around weak svn and commit it from scratch
adapted get-orig-source and watch file
New upstream version, we now fetch only tagged release versions instead of current SVN
Adapted patches to new version
Some adaptations to build new version
Set explicit CLASSPATH in some scripts to make them run successfully
Forgot to commit manifest; ensure that libraries are really shared libs; needs writing manpages
Do not try to patch singular upstream wrappers if we need to do massive changes to work around stupid manifest problems anyway it makes sense to provide them directly in debian/bin
Enhanced copyright
Fixed Vcs fields, drop quilt from build-depends
Use now available Debian packaged libraries
One of the last two remaining dependencyies for beast-mcmc, package is not finished
Unintentionally removed new dependencies from control file - reverting latest change
Ironed out two further binary JAR files in the source tarball; so only one binary is left which should be kicked as well by creating a libmtj-java package (which does require some more work unfortunately)
Copyright until 2011
Take over citation information from task file
DEP5 to enable reading with machine-readable gatherer
Some cleaning up to make more sense in machine-readable gatherer
New upstream version; libmtj-java now available in Debian
Some more files (reliably) to remove; use xz instead of gz compression to save some MB of space
Update patches to new upstream version (build untested)
Debhelper 9; More adaptions to now Debian packaged JAR files
Restore old patches from version 1.6.2 (with updates regarding the now available mtj.jar)
Revert changes for version 1.7.2; additional build-depends needed
There are no lib/*.jar files to install any more
Finally we can target contrib rather than non-free
Final fixes for lib package; upload to unstable
Prepare for new upstream version
Commit uploaded version with renamed doc and example package
Fix another name space conflict with beast package
There is no point in keeping a separate branch because beast-mcmc did not made it into wheezy anyway - (manually) merge back
rename beast-mcmc-lib to libnucleotidelikelihoodcore0
Fix install and links of renamed package
create soname for library
silence pdflatex for better readable build logs
Versioned Depends from libhmsbeagle-java
Upload to experimental
Initial kickstart for flexbar
New upstream version with majpr internal changes
New upstream version, adapted patches; explain why we do not yet package latest and greatest upstream
libnucleotidelikelihoodcore0: Architecture: amd64
New upstream version, Stick to 1.x series of beast-mcmc
cme fix dpkg-control
Update quilt patches
Add Files-Excluded just for documentation purpose since we are draining from SVN anyway.
Fix encoding issue
Fix encoding issue
Help finding libhmsbeagle-jni
DEP5 does not allow spaces in license names
Explicitly add multiarch library PATH to wrapper script to make sure libhmsbeagle-jni will be found, add test without autopkgtest control file (contrib is not tested anyway)
Fix package description and upload to unstable
New upstream version from Github; commit old changes using libcolt-free; amd64 only
drop debian/get-orig-source since uscan can deal with all issues
Adapt new upstream location
Revert restricting arch from all to amd64 for package beast since reporter of #780428 did not responded
More Files-Excluded
Adapt patches
Bumped version in versioned Build-Depends: libhmsbeagle-dev
