      Inject first shot at king which is used in Qiime; packaging is not finished yet (something is missing in the upstream source)
      Add proper description

      Got a missing component (molikin.zip) via mail from upstream and went some small step foreward, but build keeps on failing
      Some more linking magic brings building foreward a bit - I wished upstream would provide a better build-system instead forcing me into a trial and error investigation
      Document how to obtain molikin.zip (as long as it is missing in upstream tarball)
      Simplified rules based on the enriched source tarball layout including links
      Do not delete the "wrong" copy of documentation when building original source; fix clean target
      Delete Mac specific file as explicitely advised inside the source code
      Enable building twice in a row
      Clean up the orig-tarball even more of useless and binary files which will be created in the build process anyway
      Reflect *.class removal in source tarball in clean target
      Enable anybody to build upstream source tarball by downloading the missing componen from my people.d.o space
