This annotated tag includes the following new commits:

new 28db95d [svn-inject] Applying Debian modifications to trunk
new b54c226 fixing build deps, and building dynamically
       new 1757eb2 removing empty changelog
new 59cfddb It's the watch file party! :-D
new dc046de Moving Homepage: field out from the package description.
       new 7b1765a Updating Standards-Version to 3.7.3
       new 6e8a9e8 Fixing watchfile
       new 0c45643 Oops, sorry
new 8493ff8 * New upstream release
new 60262b2 removed boilerplate *.ex and *.EX files
new b988a45 Maybe the mira package should be renamed mira-assembler.
new c92fd35 Updated my email address.
new b394084 Latest sources of Mira are now on SourceForge.
       new 2d6a98b s/Debian-Med/Debian Med/
new 08fb95b Updated build dependancies and converted to CDBS.
new a1b7fd0 Added some experimental upstream metadata.
new 7485f5d Mira -- seems to work
new 4fde1a6 from perftools to tcmalloc
new fe4287f Some fairly major work on this package, as it's important to Bio-Linux users. I've still not got the documentation building part sorted 100% but most other things look good to me. Note there is also a package sitting in Git - I made a note on there that this is the latest version. Will work on this again next week - I suggest waiting for the final release before pushing to Debian in any case.
new 8fc843b OK, this seems to work as I wanted now. I believe that installing the docs into /usr/share/doc/mira-assembler is right even though the doc package is called mira-doc.
new 0e7de77 Just uploaded mira 3.4 to unstable.
new bff24c1 Several builds later, .... just obeying lintian. It may be the only way to remain compatible with Tim's lucid work. It works, but quilt with source format 3.0 as a build dependency is not what we want so much.
new 4658817 These build stamps shouldn't be in SVN
new 81bde44 Fixed cleanup so that the source package builds properly - some build files were not being removed properly.
new 88e1889 Excluding changelog from SVN upload as requested by Andreas.
new 5450dfb Added some dependencies that were missing - flagged by auto-build on Launchpad. Leaving Ubuntu version number for now as I've not tested the changes on Debian - maybe they aren't needed?
new 5ff25a2 Got Tim's changes into Debian. Thanks!!
new 82764ec Small fix to "suggests" dependency on non-existent package
new 2c64623 Adapt to new upstream version; however this FTBFS (probably old version as well)
new c9c69a8 Fix duplicate definition of bposhashstat_t()
       new 587e2ca Upload to unstable

The 31 revisions listed above as "new" are entirely new to this
repository and will be described in separate emails. The revisions
listed as "adds" were already present in the repository and have only
been added to this reference.
