[med-svn] [btk-core] 04/15: debian/copyright now fully in rfc822 format. Since changelogs are sometimes truncated, it is important to be able to see the person (copyright owner) of the original debianization. I added a number of "private" fields, such as "X-Debianized-By", to the top of the file.
