    Update symbols files for 1.5 cram symbols
    
    This removals are problematic.
    
    htslib's upstream considers cram internal, but a few applications
    like SeqLib used them. Those projects upstreams included them via
    embedding htslib, but Debian unbundled and linked against the system
    htslib
