d/upstream/metadata: remove registries about ImageJ2

At the moment there's ImageJ and ImageJ2 being developed by different
parties in parallel. This package is for the original ImageJ so this
registries, which are unique to ImageJ2 do not apply. Yes, the state
of affairs is confusing even for the users of ImageJ.
