+MultiQC is originally using Highcharts  which is non-free.  See

+   https://github.com/ewels/MultiQC/issues/800
+
+This package is restricted to work without this JavaScript library
+since the intention was to deliver it in Debian mein to enable
+workflows like bcbio which not necessarily are using these plotting
+features.
+
+In case you really want to use this plotting features please follow
+the hint given in upstream tracker and install Hicharts.js manually.
