suggest python3-statsmodels

While this package is not mandatory per se, it has effects on the
operation of NanoPlot through python3-seaborn. Perhaps it can be
promoted to a recommendation if its absence proves to impeded the
proper operation of the package, but experience, and seaborn history,
seemed to show on the contrary that it lead to inconsistent behaviors.
