Hi Andreas,

I did try to push to master at first but got an error saying I was
not allowed push to a protected branch of the repository
libbio-db-swissprot-perl. For the three other libbio-* I just
went ahead with a temp branch without first trying for master.

Now "maxflow" and "mialmpick" I managed to fix in their master
branches.
