Add maintscript to fix upgrade with other packages

>From further testings with piuparts, it seems that hyphy-mpi and
hyphy-pt are affected by the removed link issue as well.  By removing
the reference to the initial hyphy-common package in the initial
maintscript file, it is possible to just symlink the new ones.
