gwyddion-2.66.tar.xz.sig: include package signature.

d/{control,rules}: Enable OpenGL support to Gwyddion.

By default the debian package of gwyddion is built without OpenGL
support. This prevents gwyddion to render 3D display of the data,
which is often needed for publication of SPM data.
