debian/tests: invoke pytest via python3 -m pytest

Some environments shadow the bare "pytest" command with another binary
(e.g. from scipy) that only understands "--force" and "version", so the
selection options (-k / --deselect) are rejected with:

    pytest: error: unrecognized arguments: -k not test_parallel_func_n_jobs_none ...

Use "python3 -m pytest" instead so the distro/venv module is always
executed and the architecture-specific filters work reliably in
autopkgtest across all buildds.
