d/watch: fix version=5 tag pattern to match lambda- prefixed tags

The version=5 rewrite dropped the upstream 'lambda-' tag prefix from the matching pattern, so uscan found no matching files on https://github.com/seqan/lambda/tags. Restore optional handling of the prefix so 2.x releases are detected again.
