Add a shared library libsonlib.so.1.1.0
Upstream sonLib only builds the static archive. Build the same sources
with -fPIC into libsonlib.so.1.1.0 (soname libsonlib.so.1) via a new
quilt patch, and ship it in a new runtime package libsonlib; the -dev
package now provides the libsonlib.so linker symlink and depends on
libsonlib.
Quicktree symbols are deliberately left unresolved in the shared library:
libquicktree is a static, non-PIC library that cannot be embedded in a
shared object. Consumers link -lquicktree (as for the static library),
which exports the quicktree symbols into the executable's dynamic symbol
table so the library resolves them at run time.
The autopkgtest now links and runs against both the shared and the static
library, exercising the neighbour-joining (quicktree) path.
