+Description: Avoid an empty -L option in mkoctfile command
+ The mkocfile command was being invoked with something like "-libsbml
+ -lminizip -L -L build/src/". The command then failed because "-L
+ build/scr" is interpreted as eing the argument of the first "-L"
+ option, which caused an error message such as "-libsbml not
+ found". This problem arises because that the path for the system
+ libraries, as detected by CMake, is empty. This patch fixes the
+ issue.
