[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#417729: TreeView X will not build with gcc 4.3

Dear Charles,

Probably the simplest course of action is if you patch it locally. I  
will fix the problem in my code, but it is likely to be a while before  
I release new source (I need to get things working properly with  
wxWidgets 2.8, Mac OS X for Intel Macs, etc.). So, don't wait for me,  
fix it, and I'll add the fix to my sources for the next release.
