I downloaded InsightApplications-3.4.0.tar.gz (hosted at
SourceForge) from http://www.itk.org/HTML/Download.htm, and
then I compiled it.

The symlinking libSwigRuntimePython.so.3.4.0 to
libSwigRuntimePython.so is one of the method to solve this.
