Well, gnumed-client Recommends extract and IMHO the package is somewhat
generic which deserves a generic name while the extract utility in minc-tools
is kind of specific to the medical imaging data.  Specific things should not
use generic names.  So changing the name in minc-tools seems apropriate
and educating upstream about this sounds reasonable.
