[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#489371: Updated Portuguese translation for Aeskulap

Hi Alexander,

we just recieved some Portugese translations of Aeskulap messages in
our BTS.  We have included these in our SVN but because this concerns
your upstream software we hope you are happy about this patch to be
included in your software for future releases.
