Dear Maintainer,

This package has been rejected for several reasons.  First of all, the binary
package plink is missing any form of Depends: linke:

W: plink: missing-depends-line

This is because you're failing to call dh_shlibdeps in debian/rules

Second, you are missing a Build-Dependency on quilt:

E: plink source: missing-build-dependency quilt

Finally, can you please remove the word "either" from the following
paragraph (it doesn't make sense as you seem to be referring to version
2 of the license *only* at this point):

    This package is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
    it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
    the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License.
