[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#469072: gnumed-client: faulty backend profile in /etc/gnumed/gnumed.conf

The local database profile in /etc/gnumed/gnumed.conf is faulty: The
profile definition itself is called "local GNUmed database" while the
profile list contains "local GNUmed database (Linux)".

The two must match. Since this is Debian it doesn't make sense to add
"(Linux)".
