[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#525282: gnumed-server: missing modules

Package: gnumed-server
Version: 0v10.3-1
Severity: important
Please ship pycommon/ from the upstream tarball as
/var/lib/gnumed/server/pycommon/.
Previously this was not needed because the Python modules
happened to coincide with those from gnumed-common (and
would thus happily load from site-packages/Gnumed/).
We cannot, however, guarantuee that forever. It's a lot
safer to run the bootstrapper with its private set of
modules as taken from the tarball.
