Dear Raphaël and Debian Med fellows,

./usr/share/EMBOSS/jemboss/utils/install-jemboss-server.sh will indeed crash if
/bin/sh points to dash. I sent a patch upstream, who will release a new version
the 15th of July.  If the issue is not solved, I will apply the patch in the
package.
