All right.  I like comments, but some maintainers consider them
redundant.

Thanks!  I see that you added me to the project -- does that mean that
I can commit without pre-approval (only to GNUstep packages, of
course)?  If that's too pushy, I'll perfectly understand that and will
submit the diff to the list first.

IMHO ITPs are primarily to prevent duplicate work and are redundant in
this case.  The only possible benefit is eventually someone to suggest
improvements to the descriptions.  AFAIK ftpmasters do not have
requirements NEW packages to have ITP bugs filed.
