Hello,

here is a revised version of phyml, which was rejected last week. This version
contains the sources of the PDF documentation in the same directory as the PDF
itself.

The update of another Debian package, seaview, will introduce a dependancy on
PhyML and is therefore pending the acceptation of phyml. I would much
appreciate if you would kindly consider this upload as a continuation of the
first upload, and process it accordingly.
