[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#528999: melting-gui: package description needs improvement

The package description for melting-gui needs some improvement. I would
suggest copying and tweaking the description from melting for
melting-gui, something like the following might be better:

Description: compute the melting temperature of nucleic acid duplex
melting-gui provides a graphical user interface for the melting package,
which computes, for a nucleic acid duplex, the enthalpy, the entropy and
the melting temperature of the helix-coil transitions. melting-gui
supports (all|some|X Y Z) of the features of the melting package.
