[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#557099: minc-tools: nii2mnc fails to convert official NIFTI test images

** ERROR (nifti_image_read): cannot create nifti image from header 'avg152T1_LR_nifti.hdr'
Segmentation fault

for test images from the official NIFTI Wiki (http://nifti.nimh.nih.gov/nifti-1/data)

nii2mnc should not complain about bad dim[0] as this nifti field is (imho) semi-irrelevant.
A pre-compiled binary of nii2mnc that ships with a non-debian package (freesurfer) converts the same image without problems.
