[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#535875: libvolpack1-dev: bashism in /bin/sh script

Hi,

I stumbled upon this bug report (I must have missed it before) and I
wonder in how far using time is a bashism.  I can perfectly do things
like

    $ /bin/dash
    ...$ time ls
    ...$ which time
    /usr/bin/time

So what exatly is the bashism in

#!/bin/sh -f

echo "*** makevolume ***"
time makevolume
echo "*** rendervolume ***"
time rendervolume
...

?
