It is strange that reportbug suppressed the package version you are
using.  An

    apt-cache show aeskulap | grep dcmtk

shows that the dependency is given.  It probably is a problem in Lenny
and was reported in #513503 and is most probably the same issue as
#492842.  I guess we should merge all three bugs and tag them Lenny.
