[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#594671: Changed 'Categories' in debian/sofa.desktop to 'Science'

Hi,
As per https://bugs.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/605497 I have
changed 'Categories' in debian/sofa.desktop from 'Graphics' to 'Science' and
submit a debdiff for your consideration. A change of category would ensure
the application is placed in the appropriate section of Ubuntu's Software
Centre.
